EZ Sign® is a battery-free electronic paper (E-paper) display that updates its image simply by tapping it with an NFC-enabled smartphone. Because the display retains its image without power, it operates entirely without cables and without batteries.
Available in three sizes (2.13, 2.9, and 4.2 inches) with 4-color support (black, white, red, yellow). It carries an IP65 dust-proof and water-resistant rating, making it reliable for display management in retail, offices, factories, and healthcare facilities exposed to splashes and dust. Troubleshooting & Usage Tips
If Updates Fail or Display Incorrectly
If colors appear washed out, text is blurry, or the screen looks patchy, the transfer may have been interrupted. This usually happens if the smartphone shifts mid-transmission. Repeating the update often resolves the issue.

Remove your phone case: Thick cases or cases with built-in magnets heavily interfere with NFC signals.

Avoid metal surfaces and magnets: NFC communication becomes unstable near metal or strong magnets. If the unit is mounted on a metal surface, detach it before updating.

Hold steady against the back center: Align your phone flush against the rear center of the EZ Sign and hold it completely still until completion.

Locate your phone's NFC antenna: Since antenna positions vary by phone model, gently slide your phone around if it doesn't trigger immediately.
