Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Warranty

Standard Warranty Period

EZ Sign products are covered by a one-year limited warranty from the date of delivery under normal and intended use.

If the product is found to be defective due to manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship during the warranty period, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the product at no additional cost.

Proof of purchase is required to claim warranty service.


Limited Warranty and Exclusions

This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, misuse, or handling outside the intended operating conditions. Examples include, but are not limited to:

  • Leaving the product inside a vehicle under high temperatures 

  • Applying excessive force, pressure, bending, or impact

  • Damage caused by dropping the product

  • Damage caused by improper handling, including deep discharge conditions

  • Any unauthorized modification or improper storage

*EZ Sign uses a precision glass display approximately 1 mm thick. Due to the nature of the glass material, even minor impact may cause internal cracks that may not be visible from the surface. Such physical damage is not considered a manufacturing defect and is not covered under the standard warranty.

In such cases, repair or replacement may be offered at an additional cost.


Warranty Inspection and Evaluation

All returned products may undergo inspection to determine the cause of failure. Inspection methods may include:

  • Visual inspection using magnification tools

  • Light-assisted inspection using strong directional light

  • Specialized inspection lighting, including UV light if necessary

These inspections help determine whether the issue is due to a manufacturing defect or physical damage.


Replacement Policy for Low Failure Rate

To ensure customer satisfaction, in cases where the confirmed defect rate remains low, replacement may be provided without detailed component-level failure analysis.

However, further technical analysis may be conducted if necessary to improve product quality.

Order Process

  1. Selecting Products:

    • On the product page, select the "Quantity" and click the "Add to Cart" button.

  2. Cart Review:

    • After confirming the products in your cart, click the "Checkout" button.

  3. Enter Delivery Information:

    • On the delivery address screen, enter the shipping address and click the "Next" button.

  4. Select Shipping Method:

    • Choose the preferred shipping method and click the "Proceed to Payment" button.

  5. Payment:

    • Choose a payment method and enter the payment information. After confirming the order details, click the "Pay" button

  6. Order Confirmation:

    • Once your order is complete, a "Order Confirmation Email" will be sent to your registered email address for verification.

    • After shipping the product, we will send a "Shipping Confirmation Email." Please verify the order and shipping details.

    • If you do not receive the email, please contact us through the "Inquiry & Estimate" page.


Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping Companies: carrier will be chosen from our end. 

  • Shipping Areas: Shipping is available worldwide.

  • Shipping Fees: Customers are responsible for shipping costs, which vary depending on the products and quantities ordered. Please check the product purchase page for details.

  • Shipping Timeline: If no date is specified. However, the estimated shipping period and tracking information will be provided from our end.

    • Please note: Shipments are not processed on weekends, holidays, summer holidays, or during the New Year's period. Due to holidays or long weekends, shipping schedules may vary.

    • If shipping is delayed due to incomplete address information or changes to your order, delivery may be affected.

Important Notices

  • Long-term Absence or Refusal of Delivery:

    • If the recipient cannot be contacted or the address is incorrect, this will also result in the return of the package and a cancellation of your order. You will be billed for the round-trip shipping fees.

    • Once a package is returned, we cannot re-ship it, so please be sure to contact the carrier promptly.

    • If refusal to receive or long-term absence occurs frequently, we may refuse future transactions.

    Please note: If you no longer wish to receive the ordered product, please accept the delivery first and then proceed with a return or exchange.

  • Receipt Issuance:

    • If you need a receipt for your purchase from EZ Sign, we can issue a PDF receipt. Please contact us through the "Inquiry & Estimate" page or at santekshop@santek.us

    • For handwritten receipts or those that need to be mailed, we will ship them via cash on delivery.
