EZ Sign How It Works
From your first update to templates and troubleshooting, you can find all the information you need right here.
Quick Start
Select your model in the app, create your display content, and hold your smartphone firmly against the EZ Sign. The key is not to move your position until the completion message appears.
Select the size (2.13 / 2.9 / 4.2 inch) and color mode (2-color / 4-color) on the app home screen.
Place text and images or import images created from Canva templates.
Align your phone's NFC antenna position near the center of the EZ Sign and hold it tightly against it.
Do not move your phone or the device during the update and wait for the completion message. The guide is about 3 seconds for 2-color and about 30 seconds for 4-color. Because 4-color takes time, the trick is not to move during the process.
If you are updating from a Windows PC, a separate NFC reader (recommended model: SONY RC-S300) is required. Please check the FAQ for instructions.

Troubleshooting
Before assuming a malfunction, please try the following steps in order. Changing the communication position or surrounding environment may improve the issue.
Remove your case and hold your phone's NFC antenna position firmly against the center of the device. If it does not respond, try using the back of the device or a different smartphone.
Your position may have shifted during communication. Move away from metal surfaces, remove the case, and try updating again while holding the position steady until completion.
Check whether the model selected in the app matches the actual display colors and ensure the background color is not set to transparent. Then, fix the communication position and update again.
Check your case, metal surfaces, and NFC position, and try starting with lightweight text-only data. If the issue persists, please contact support with your device name, OS, and error code.
You can also update using the Windows app. A commercially available NFC reader (recommended: SONY RC-S300) is required separately. You can download the app from the "Support" section.
